I haven't heard much about this particular issue, you may want to do a factor reset if you haven't already.

Pictures, music, videos, anything like that. You can move it all to your SD Card using a file explorer app. I would use Solid Explorer.

I had no problem with the install, it needed to reboot but that is expected. I only have one issue so far and that is with the bluetooth interface with my car. I can do pretty much all functions except tell the phone to dial. I can see my phonebook and select people but can't dial. I can receive calls and hang up, but the 'OK' button on my car doesn't make the phone dial the number like it used to do. Will this be addressed in the next build or 'fixed' UCLA3? Will those of us that successfully installed be able to upload a newer version? I expect that is the case but not sure how these phone updates work as this is somewhat new territory for me. Thanks!

What necessary stuff would you move to SD card? I guess pics and stuff? Also, how do you move them?

Update went fine however now the settings/home/back and search buttons on the very bottom of the phone no longer illuminate....and suggestions?

I keep checking software update on my phone and it doesn't say anything...whats wrong? (and its not already updated. my build sys .UCKJ2 not UCLA3)

I just moved all the necessary stuff to my SD card and I was good. Did the factory reset and the update worked. If you dont wanna do that, I understand.

Looks like most everyone is having an issue installing this update. Looks like some people were able to get a successful update after reverting to stock. Not sure its worth the wipe though..

When installing the update, it always fails at 75 percent. I think I'll just pass on this crap update.

Every time I go to update it keeps failing when it's initializing...very annoying.

Surprise for me! I was checking the Jaguar site and found out that they now will connect my Infuse. It works! I am still interested in the Skyrocket but I can wait until March 22.

Thank you for answering me. I looked at the 'Note' and it is very interesting. I'm not sure if I will like the size though. I will have to hold it and also test it to see if my car will respond. I am leaning toward the Skyrocket. I think that the 'speak and dial' feature might work with the car. I won't be updating until March 22 so please stay in contact with me if you don't mind. I can appreciate a person who knows what is going on in this fast changeing phone world! :-)

They actually had wireless as well I just didn't post it. Wasn't impressed with them any way. I have to say headphones and earbuds was probably the single most item we saw, over and over.

I was initially surprised they we giving it away, then I remembered I was in Las Vegas. Actually there were several exhibitors giving out free beer, Spec was the first we saw.

This all sounds great. I have a samsung Infuse which I really like but it won't connect my phone book to my 2011 Jaguar. If I could have phone that would do this and have better than a 5 inch screen, I would be SO happy!
